Our Content Policies

PromptBid maintains strict content policies to protect all stakeholders. We prohibit advertising in high-risk categories unless specific safeguards are met. Alcohol advertising is not permitted to users under 21. Gambling advertising is restricted to jurisdictions where it's legal and requires explicit opt-in. Pharmaceutical advertising requires proper disclaimers and medical substantiation.

Our review process is thorough and consistent. Every new advertiser account undergoes verification to confirm legitimacy and brand safety. All ad creative is reviewed before initial launch and spot-checked regularly. Advertisers who violate policies face escalating enforcement, from campaign suspension to permanent account termination.

Enforcement is swift and transparent. We monitor for policy violations in real-time and take immediate action when issues are detected. Advertisers receive clear notification of violations and the corrective actions needed. Repeated violations result in account suspension and potential removal from the platform.

Restricted Categories

Alcohol, gambling, pharmaceuticals, financial products, and adult content are allowed only under strict conditions with appropriate safeguards and disclosures.

Prohibited Categories

Illegal products, counterfeits, unverified health claims, predatory lending, and deceptive practices are never permitted.

We partner only with responsible publishers who commit to brand safety. All publishers must use clear, visible ad labeling so users always understand when they're viewing advertising. Ads must never be placed deceptively within AI responses or otherwise disguised as organic content. Users must be able to opt out of personalized ad targeting at any time, with easy-to-find preference controls.

Publishers agree to maintain the integrity of their platforms by not artificially inflating conversation topics to increase ad inventory or manipulating context to make unrelated ads appear relevant. They commit to honest reporting of metrics and transparency in how the platform operates. Our partnerships are built on mutual trust and aligned incentives to build a sustainable advertising ecosystem.

Transparency Reports

We publish quarterly transparency reports covering ad volume, policy violations, and enforcement actions. Our first report will be published when we exit closed beta. These reports will provide full visibility into how the platform is operating, including metrics on advertiser compliance, publisher adherence to policies, and user feedback.
