We guarantee 99.99% availability for all core PromptBid services including the Auction Engine, API, and Webhooks. In the event of downtime exceeding our target, qualified enterprise customers receive service credits as outlined in their contracts. Our infrastructure is distributed across multiple geographic regions with redundant systems and automated failover to ensure continuous service delivery. All SLA metrics are calculated on a monthly basis and publicly reported. For enterprise customers requiring higher SLA terms, custom agreements are available.
